Juicy, Flavorful Turkey Burgers
1 Lb. of Turkey chop meat (Jim Neidermeyer’s Poultry)
4 Tbsp Garlic or Ginger or Fyre Cyder vinegar (Vine St. Vinegar)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Rolls or bread (Bread Lady)
- Mix meat with vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Let stand in the refrigerator for at least an hour. The longer, the better, up to 24 hrs.
- Form into patties
- Fry or grill
