Our products are considered perishable and alterable, therefore all sales are final.

Vine St. Vinegar ships via USPS Priority Mail, which comes with a minimum $50 insurance. We will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives.

If items are damaged, please email us at vinegar@vinestvinegars.com, and please retain the damaged goods and packaging. Per USPS:

If the mailer files a damage claim for an article still in the possession of the addressee, the addressee is required to retain the damaged article and container (including packaging, wrapping, and any other contents received) until the claim is fully resolved. Only upon written request by the USPS must the addressee turn the materials over to a Post Office™ for inspection, retention, and disposition in accordance with the claims decision.

Vine St. Vinegar is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned as a result of an incorrect address supplied to us.
